From early entrepreneurial ventures to guiding leaders through pivotal transitions, Stephen brings deep experience across operations, management, and revenue-driven growth strategy always with a focus on helping businesses grow in ways that serve both customers and teams.

Throughout his career, Stephen has partnered with founders, families, and leadership teams to scale customer-facing organizations, align leadership around growth, and strengthen go-to-market execution with integrity. Known for his relational, hands-on approach, he believes sustainable growth comes from trust, clarity, and consistent delivery — not short-term wins.

At FreedomOps, Stephen brings a people-centered, strategic lens to customer growth and revenue execution, helping companies improve how they sell, serve, and grow existing customers while preserving what makes their business strong.

Vanessa

Co-Founder

Vanessa is driven by a deep appreciation for how businesses operate behind the scenes  and how the right systems can create freedom instead of friction. She has spent her career building and scaling operations, from launching a marketing agency from the ground up along side Stephen to redesigning the full operational function of a SaaS company.

Known for her ability to turn complexity into clarity, Vanessa focuses on streamlining workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and building processes teams actually use. Her work centers on scalability  creating systems that support growth without increasing chaos or owner dependency.

At FreedomOps, Vanessa brings a practical, execution-focused approach grounded in real-world experience, helping businesses build operations that work for them, not against them.
